As a sufferer of chronic neck and shoulder pain, I have tried many massagers. I have to say this simple yet effective massager is better than plenty of the more expensive ones! I like that I control the intensity so I can really dig in there on hard knots and do a lighter massage on the general neck area. For me personally, I think turning the balls perpendicular to the handle provided the best massage. I’m happy I decided to give this one a try!

I’ve never bought anything like this massager before, so I didn’t know what to expect. I have fibromyalgia and sometimes my muscles get stuck in the myofascia and become hard and painful. I used this on my neck, calves, and arms. You can really put some power behind it! I found the ball rollers pattern of having more teeth like grooves not uncomfortable. This may not be comfortable for those who are super sensitive to touch or blessed with more curves (I’m tall and curvy, but if my neck was any thicker? I don’t think the massager would fit. Perhaps making an XL roller would be a good idea?) Anyways, it’s helping me be able to take care of painful spots and allowing me to be more active, which is a huge deal in my life. Thank you!
